Belt, light turned sculpture
February 17, 2010

Super-styled out door lights can really make a garden shine in these dark wintery nights. Belt is a new outdoor lamp, compromising a twisted beam, bathed in LED lights that really bring the outdoors alive.
It is made from corten-finished steel, which contrasts with the beam's gentle curves, and the roughness of the rust intermingles with its light formal appearance. These contrasts make Belt much more than an outdoor lighting solution; it becomes a sculptural object with a unique design.
The beam stands at 130 cm high and is not only watertight, but also water resistant against vandalism. It also uses two sets of three 3W LEDs, with narrow beam optics, which guarantees minimal consumption.
Belt belongs to the URBAN collection of the firm B.Lux. For more information visit: www.grupoblux.com.
