Grand Hyatt Macau

Design World Partnership (DWP) drew upon the themes of Earth, wind, water and fire to create the clean, bold design concept of the Grand Hyatt Macau. While understated Asian accents add a dash of chic style. In other words, it's gorgeous. Here's a sneak peek at a few of my favorite bits.

The 790-room hotel welcomes guests with a striking ceiling feature highlighting the lobby's spacious height.

What mainly caught my eye, ironically, is the grand ballroom and its vast open space, which is completely free of pillars and chandeliers. With more than 2,00sqm and 8m ceilings, this completely unobstructed view makes the venue especially versatile. Not to mention it is divisible into four soundproof sections, each with its own control room.
