If you’re currently looking for somewhere to live in the location of your choice I may have found you the perfect pad... well it's more of a box really.

The three metre cube house is designed by Japanese architects Jo Nagasaka and Schemata Architecture Office and is intended as a second home. However, who can afford that luxury anymore in the current climate? This would be the perfect way to cut back on living expenses.

The sleeping arrangements could be better; the hammock style of sleeping is not good for your posture. I recommend a fold out bed and while your at it how about a few beanbags and some colour on the walls to steer away from the asylum décor.

The shower reminds me of a decontamination scene from a sci-fi movie and it would probably feel like being enveloped in a huge shower cap that lets all the water in.

You could park this 3m x 3m x 3m cube anywhere. If the cube was placed in the location above I wouldn’t mind living in a box at all...but where to store the surf board?
